Why does the logo change from Bubby to Savta?

            It shows you which site you are on.

Choosing a gift:

There are so many choices, how do I choose a toy?

On Savta’s Toys there are 4 convenient ways to shop (all located on the left side tool bar):

Categories: The toys have been divided into easy to find groups. 

Brands: If you know the brand of the toy you want.

Ages: You will find the categories appropriate for the age group.

Price: lists all products in a category that fit your range. You can shop in the way that is most comfortable.

Products are displayed 6 on a page. Please click on the photo to take you to the product page for a detailed description of the toy. In all areas if you click on the photo it will take you to the next screen. On the bottom of every product page there are four related products to ease your search.

How do I select an item?

On either the category or product page, click the Add to cart button. This will add the item to your cart and give you a pop up screen confirming that you have added an item to your cart.

How can I see how many items are in my cart?

On the tool bar on the top of your screen you will see the words SHOPPING CART – next to it in yellow you will see the dollar value in your cart and underneath that it will show the number of items in your cart.

Purchasing:

Can I buy from both sites and pay one time?

Yes! You can pay for all items going to the same address, from bubbysgifts.com and savtastoys.com at one convenient checkout. Orders going to different delivery addresses must be made separately.

Can I order a special gift basket that isn’t described on the site?

            Yes, please email us and we will arrange it for you.

Can I purchase a gift or toy for delivery outside of Israel?

Sorry, at this time we only deliver gifts and toys in ISRAEL.

Paying for your purchase:

How do I know I can use my credit card online?

We are secured with SSL. You will see a lock icon, either on the bottom of the screen or in the navigation bar on top (depending on your internet server.)

I have a Paypal account can I use it?

Yes, please fill out all the information on the checkout page and choose the option to continue by phone and we will contact you to finish the transaction.

Shipping:

How will my gift be delivered?

We use a delivery service for all our non-food deliveries.  The service will call the recipient of your gift to arrange for delivery. You can send any 3 nonfood items, baby gifts or toys, to one address (except those items marked oversize) for the same $12. Each additional item is $2. Oversize items are shipped separately and have their shipping costs marked on the product page.

Bubby’s food gift items are delivered by messenger. $12 for 3 items.  Each additional item is $2. Large gift baskets and Shabbos food have special delivery charges marked on the product pages. All food gifts will be delivered on Thursday- Friday or the day before Yom-Tov.

If your order includes both toys and food then the order will be delivered on Thursday-Friday (except oversize items). 

How do you know my package was delivered?

We require a signature on our delivery form at the point of delivery. You can check with us if you are concerned, customerservice@bubbysgifts.com.

Will My Account keep a record of my purchases and where they were sent?

Yes, if you register you can view an online record of all your purchases in MY ACCOUNT.
